Meet the Owner
Top Tier was founded by Axel De Leon, a construction professional who saw an opportunity to deliver a higher standard of service. Axel began his career as a superintendent and later a project manager for a large DFW company, where he became highly effective at managing complex projects and ensuring their financial success. After proving he had the skills to manage every aspect of a job from the ground up, he launched his own company.
